How do you get around the island?
Several options are available:
On foot
From Masouri, many climbing sectors are within walking distance.Scooter or motorbike (most popular option)
Easy to rent, affordable, and perfectly suited to the island’s roads.Car

There is a bus network, but it is less flexible for climbing.

The easiest way is to fly to Kos, which has many direct flights from Europe.Step 2: Take a ferry to Kalymnos
From Kos, you can take a ferry from:Mastichari (20–30 minutes, most common option)
Kos town (longer but more frequent connections)
Ferries run several times a day, especially during the climbing season.
Alternative option
You can also fly directly to Kalymnos via Athens, but flights are less frequent.If you need help planning your trip, I can guide you based on your travel dates and arrival time.
